PPV Legal Documents

Park Place Village at North Orange Condominium registered it's Declaration and Bylaws with the State of Ohio on July 14, 2004 creating a plan for condominium ownership under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311. The development is registered with HUD and is a successfully Certified FHA Condominium Development.

The community is governed by several regulations and documents in the following order of authority:

Park Place Village at North Orange Condominium Association Community Policies and Guidelines
