Park Place Village at North Orange

Hello and welcome. We are a quiet community located West of Route 23 just North of Orange Road in Delaware County. Developed by custom home builder Bob Webb over the years between 2003 and 2017, Park Place Village is comprised of 41 condominium buildings each having two residential units. The homes are a combination of two story and ranch designs with basements and generally two or three bedrooms.

A friendly atmosphere with social interaction between neighbors is a cornerstone of life here. Enjoy amenities such as our pool, clubhouse, exercise room, and weekly, monthly, and annual gatherings or events to help keep anyone who wants an active lifestyle engaged. We have a very active social club and regular events popular with men, women, singles and couples.

An active group of volunteers helps keep the community looking neat and welcoming and there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand if you need one. We contract with a management company to do association administrative functions but manage our community and finances carefully through an elected board of directors. We have been very successful at keeping our monthly homeowner fees under control and building a healthy reserve over the years.

Not familiar with condominium living? Free yourself from as much or as little of home ownership as you want. The community association provides lawn mowing, fertilization, and edging; landscape trimming, mulching, and weed control; all exterior building maintenance; and snow removal when appropriate. However, you can mow the grass, maintain your landscaping, or shovel snow if you prefer. Yes, there are rules and regulations that need to be considered. They exist to insure consistency within the community and maintenance of the beauty, quality, and livability of our homes for all residents.

Residents here have many common interests that facilitate a neighborly atmosphere. So if you enjoy playing cards, golfing, board games, holiday gatherings, or breakfast or lunches with friends, many opportunities exist to develop and foster friendships.
